2.2 Residency and Jurisdiction. The 7bat Platform is intended for use by individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 7bat is legal in your jurisdiction. 7bat makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the 7bat Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same or different names, using the same device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. 7bat reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances.
3.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify 7bat immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any breach of security. 7bat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorized by you. 7bat reserves the right to void any transactions that are found to have been conducted by an unauthorized third party, subject to investigation.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. 7bat may apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its then-current fee schedule, which will be communicated to you by email prior to any deduction.
4.1 Accepted Methods. 7bat accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), debit cards, and direct bank transfers to participating Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your Account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect, depending on the originating bank's processing times. 7bat is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.3 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction. These minimums are subject to change and will be communicated through the Platform.
4.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited and may constitute fraud.
4.5 No Prohibited Payment Methods. 7bat does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
5.1 KYC Requirement. Before processing any withdrawal, 7bat is required to verify your identity in accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering obligations. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of residential address, and verification of the payment method used for deposits.
5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times. Once KYC verification is complete, withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take two (2) to five (5) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
5.3 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. 7bat reserves the right to require withdrawal via a specific method for compliance purposes.
5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus Credits and winnings derived from Bonus Credits are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.5 Right to Withhold. 7bat reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. You will be notified of any such hold within a reasonable time.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 7bat are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. 6.3 Bonus Abuse. 7bat actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed or used within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
6.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. 7bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification will not adversely affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 7bat Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules and these Terms, the game rules shall apply to the specific game.
7.2 Random Number Generation. All games on the 7bat Platform that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited. 7bat does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game provider and are not altered by 7bat.
7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, 7bat reserves the right to void the affected game round and return any wagers placed. 7bat will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.
7.4 Disputed Outcomes. If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must raise a dispute within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. 7bat's decision on disputed game outcomes, following investigation, shall be final.

10.1 Ownership. All content on the 7bat Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements, is the property of 7bat or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Limited License. 7bat grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
10.3 Restrictions. You may not use the 7bat name, logo, or any Platform content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 7bat. Unauthorized use of 7bat's intellectual property may result in legal action.
11.1 Platform Availability. 7bat does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors, or technical issues. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific games.
11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7bat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
11.3 Cap on Liability. 7bat's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 No Warranty. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7bat makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, or uninterrupted operation.
12.1 Termination by You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting 7bat customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Credits that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable time, subject to completion of KYC verification.
12.2 Suspension or Termination by 7bat. 7bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) 7bat is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) 7bat reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; or (d) you are found to be under 21 years of age.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account for breach of these Terms, 7bat reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the Account, including both real-money funds and Bonus Credits, where such forfeiture is permitted by applicable law and proportionate to the breach.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 7bat Platform, you agree to first contact 7bat customer support to seek an informal resolution. 7bat will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
13.3 Regulatory Complaints. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or such other regulatory body as may have jurisdiction over 7bat's operations. 7bat cooperates fully with all regulatory investigations and complaint processes.
13.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to the dispute resolution process above, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes.
14.1 Right to Amend. 7bat reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material, 7bat will provide notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amendments take effect.
14.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the 7bat Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.1.
